Pet Policy:
The Landmark is a pet friendly community! We allow one pet per apartment, no weight limit. We do not allow aggressive breeds at our apartment community. Such breeds include, but are not limited to, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, etc. There is a $175 non-refundable pet fee and a $175 refundable pet fee. Kittens or puppies under 12 months require a double deposit.
